My husband and I visited Sarasota for a few days and almost every single morning we went to Mana G’s! We are in love with all of their pastries and tried so many different ones while there. Our favorite was the chocolate croissant, Cuban, egg with sausage, and spinach & feta. Their coffee and smoothies are also so yummy. The staff was very friendly and so nice.

Loved loved loved this wonderful German bakery. When you walk in the smell of fresh baked bread welcomes you to this charming place. The quality of the baked goods is as good as any patisserie. I had the egg frittata and spinach ricotta pastry. The coffee was amazing. Deco seek out this fabulous establishment in Sarasota. While it’s a bit off the beaten path it’s convenient to the airport and the ringling brothers museum. You’ll be happy you stopped in.

I stopped in to buy a bunch of pastries for friends and it was hard to choose so I got one of everything. No one could believe how amazingly wonderful they tasted. It is clean, nice the staff are very nice and helpful. The coffees are just amazing too! Can’t wait to go back to Mama G’s for the holidays!!!

One of my favorite local spots. Staff are kind and attentive. Coffee is great and the pastries and breakfast offerings are amazing.

We just came back from spending a month in Europe, and we were yearning for some European pastries. Thankfully, Mama G's filled the bill! We had their cherry danish and the cheese strudel. Both were heavenly!!! My wife loved their coffee while I had a nice Earl Grey tea. Service was friendly and informative. This place will be our new go-to spot for tasty treats, and we'll be back to try their lunch foods, as well. One note of caution: The earlier you arrive, the better your selection. We were there at 10:30 a.m., and there were clearly holes in their offerings.

First of all, Mama G’s makes the best iced dirty chai ever! Also, my husband loved the Cuban pastry and I loved the raspberry and almond pastries and the poppy seed one, too! Contrary to another patrons experience/ review below, we were overjoyed to see that Mama G’s displayed their faith by playing Christian music, having a daily devotional next to the register that we would read everyday while waiting for our breakfast, and even donate their tips to help those in need. Not many businesses are doing what they are doing. We were in Sarasota on vacation so we were away from our typical routine, church, community etc. and coming for breakfast everyday brought a sense of home and familiarity to us. It was truly the best way to start our day and set the tone for great days ahead! The coffee and baked goods were so good, we had to come everyday while on vacation. We are so proud to see and support businesses like this who are committed to their faith and doing so much good in the world. We love y’all!

Cozy little bakery with plenty of pastries to choose from. The staff was so nice and patient. We tried different frittatas and cinnamon rolls, everything was great. My boyfriend had a peanut butter protein shake that was just yummy! Will definitely go back next time we visit.

WOW what a gem! Authentic German pastries and a super friendly family owner running the show. Finding poppyseed rolls right before Christmas is a true bonus!

Saw this bakery on YouTube and made it a point to stop on my vacation from the West Coast. Delicious pastries ... definitely remind me of food in Germany. Will come again for lunch!
